They are easy to get on and off and adjustment is very easy too.He likes them so much that we recommended them to his friend and now his pal has the same blades. I do recommend wearing high sock to avoid scraping of the skin...he has some burns on his leg.

(More customer reviews)I normally wouldn't have spent this much, but her grandmother needed a present for her for around $50 at Christmastime. They are AWESOME!!!! I would buy them again in a heartbeat. For some reason it's a lot easier to skate in these than a lot of others out there. I think it's because the wheels are rubber (vs. plastic) so they grip the floor, rather than slipping. If you are willing to spend the money, these will likely enable you to be way less involved in helping her skate.
