And they're great for that! They're comfortable and fit perfectly. They roll smoothly on INDOOR speed wheels. And they're not heavy.

(More customer reviews)When I put my feet in the boots I have to keep playing w/the front part of it to try to get a good fit. It feels like my toes are being smooshed and I have to keep taking them off and putting them back on while taking my hand and pushing up on the front of the boot from the inside to get it to where my toes don't feel smooshed.The wheels do not go very fast.I know this is a beginner speed skate but they feel too tight.I can't skate on skating rink carpeting.I have to "walk" on them because the wheels don't want to go.Overall, I'm not very happy w/this purchase.

(More customer reviews)I am a personal trainer and I've been using the ladder with my clients since I bought it. My clients find it fun and interesting. This was one of the cheapest options for a speed agility ladder and to a certain degree you get what you pay for. It is fairly shoddily made and the carry bag it came in is already disintegrating. Despite the cheapness of its construction I'm not sorry for having purchased it. It does the trick, and for the cost, you can't go too wrong.
