(More customer reviews)The gloves are a wonderful addition to working out however, these gloves do not cover over the palm, so they really aren't gloves.Due to the design, the weight sort of pulls on the back of the hand and wrist.Since it is really only 1 pound per a glove, that pull/tug isn't all that bad, and you still have to wear a pair of regular weight gloves underneath it when doing weights. Oh and the dvd, isn't really a workout dvd, it shows different exercises but that's about it. It's definitely a good product, it just need tweaking.

(More customer reviews)I have owned three or four weight gloves over the years, and this is the best of them. While they aren't padded, they are perfect in every other conceivable way. The diamond tac grip swirl gives you the friction that the other cloth of the glove doesn't afford and the design does not restrict the closure of your grip. The wrist strap provides a good deal of wrist support without prohibiting range of motion.

Like I said, there is no padding, so you might choose another glove for really heavy lifting, but for most people these are sufficient. The only upgrade I could conceive would be varying the color a bit, but this purchase was definitely worth it.
