The refund policy is also kind of fishing. The charge 25% restocking fee plus you pay round trip shipping fee. I'll never buy anything from eSportsonline again.

(More customer reviews)I specifically looked for a net that had poles. This is one of the few that had pictures of net and poles. There was no disclaimer stating that poles were not included. For $45 I expected poles. But guess what - no poles! Not too big of a deal but I probably would have bought a cheaper net if I knew poles did not come included with this net. Net looks durable - very heavy for badmitton. Closer to a volleyball net.

Ended up returning them all due to unprofessional quality. In my understanding, they do not meet the game standered. By this time our order from Amazon "CSI Knotless Badminton Net" arrived. It was professionally made. Very easy to tie with the pole, evenly stands right to the standered hight,It was firmly knoted, does not let the shuttle go thru the hole. This portable set is terrific: it sets up fast, easily, with excellent net tension. Just devote a little attention to properly extending and clicking the side tabs on the lower support bar first time out, because you likely will be so eager to play when you see the set that you won't notice this very slight detail in assembly. I recommend this product to anyone. Sorry I took so long to discover it but everyone is having a ball playing now in my long driveway.
