(More customer reviews)I ordered this cargo net in preparation for a move from Texas to Northern Virginia.I ordered it three weeks out to allow plenty of shipping time.Unfortunately, what I did not plan for was the item being "out of stock".It was in stock when I ordered it and I even received a shipping notification.Unfortunately, the item was never received by the shipper and I was not notified of a stock problem until after I had phoned the vendor three times.Finally, on the third call I was told the item was out of stock and to not expect the item anytime soon.I requested and recieved a refund.The one star rating is for the vendor and not the product since I never did receive the cargo net.
